All personalized orders has to pay 50% down non refundable. This insurers that I am not completely out of my product cost if someone changed their mind while it’s being made.
I am a one woman buisness and everything is handmade by me.
It takes 1-2 days for Epoxy Resin to cure enough to ship. Once you receive your piece, place it flat and in a cool place to continue to cure for 30-45 days. Epoxy resin takes 30-45 days to fully cure. Heat will still effect it.
